CLEANER

Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Cleaners to join our team part-time in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and safety strategy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for cleaning the assigned facility after all events

  • Follow the provided company policies and checklists, ensuring that each of the steps are completed after each event 

  • Ensure that recycling and trash pick-ups are completed weekly

  • Perform a deep clean of the facility on a monthly basis

  • Deep clean the carpets quarterly

  • Wax and clean the lobby and bathroom floors bi-annually

  • Work closely with teammates to ensure cleaning efficiency and effectiveness

  • All other duties as assigned



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Willingness to work unconventional hours in order to satisfy job responsibilities

  • Ability to perform physical labor in order to satisfy job responsibilities, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting as necessary

  • Must be able to perform duties for 8+ hours while walking and standing, including climbing flights of stairs

  • Will be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

  • Ability to trouble-shoot; solve problems independently and proactively

  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
