Box Office staff are typically one of a patron’s first interactions with our venues. Exemplary customer service and positive attitudes are key to the role. Our team assists in the operation of our box offices by selling tickets to our events, resolving customer ticketing issues, and helping answer customer questions. They also maintain general box office upkeep and assist with various administrative tasks.

Security staff help us provide a safe and welcoming environment for our fans. From greeting fans when they enter our doors to answering questions on getting around the venue to finding opportunities to enhance the fan experience, Security staff are on the front lines of our venue’s hospitality. These roles also assist with venue entry and exit, enforce safety protocols, and respond to security and safety needs.

A Production Tech executes lighting and sound adjustments for our events as dictated by artist and touring teams. They ensure proper maintenance and care for the equipment as well as assist with load-in and load-out on show days.

A Runner assists in fulfilling the needs of the production department and most commonly includes running errands under the direction of the venue or tour production manager. This is a behind the scenes role that is integral to keeping the show day running smoothly.

Stagehands work more behind the scenes and are an integral part of our backstage team to keep the show running smoothly. They handle loading in the gear, setting the stage, moving equipment during the show, and finally load the equipment out again once the show ends.

A Cleaner ensures our venues are show ready before and during our events. They keep our artists and guests safe and happy by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures and floors as well as restocking paper materials and hygienic products as needed. While not a customer facing, this role play an important part in the fan experience at our venues.
